Cancellation Policy

At MaapeFasTag, we aim to provide a seamless FasTag recharge and service experience. However, in certain cases, cancellations may be applicable under the terms mentioned below.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed only if the recharge request has not been processed.
  • Once the FasTag recharge is successful, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests for service-based orders must be placed within 1 hour of the transaction.

Cancellation Process

  • To raise a cancellation request, email us at bommineni.srinivas5@gmail.com with transaction details.
  • Our team will review whether the recharge/order is eligible for cancellation.
  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Completed FasTag recharges.
  • Transactions already submitted to NPCI or the respective bank.
  • Service requests where the process has already been initiated.

Changes to Cancellation Policy

MaapeFasTag reserves the right to update or modify the Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and communicated when necessary.
